In applying the standards, we consider the total care package that provides overall personal and health care needs and preferences of our clients. SCS Interdisciplinary teamwork promotes the values of Dignity, Privacy, Independence, Confidentiality, Empowerment, etc.

In applying the standards, we continue to meet the changing needs and specific requirements of our clients through reassessment and management.

In applying the standards, we aim to ensure quality services with continuous improvement, effective services, and support, which assure the overall wellbeing of our users of services.

7) Minimise the risk of transmission of COVID 19:

In applying the standards, we provide safe working procedures to minimise the risk of transmission. Our staff uses PPE for activities that bring them into close personal contacts, such as washing and bathing, personal hygiene, and contact with bodily fluids.

Aprons, gloves and fluid repellent surgical masks should be used in these situations. PPE should be replaced when staff move between homes.
